The old distillery building has been demolished and we're in the process of putting a new one up. It's about 3 times the size of the old one, so production is set to increase significantly.
Unfortunately, until the new building is completed we have no gin, and when it is finished, we have to start from scratch with fermentation etc, so we're looking at the end of August, and that's if everything stays on schedule.

We create our own alcohol from scratch, we do all our fermentation and distillation ourselves and what you see truly is what you get, we don’t add anything else. Ever.
THE FINE PRINT
Not to do things by halves, to make Forgan 42 we ferment grain, mineral water, sugar and yeast for 7 to 10 days before settling and clearing for a further 48 hours. It is our distilling process that really sets us apart, as each bottle of our Forgan 42 goes through our triple distillation process. The first before being let out with the mineral water, then again a second time before being let out again before being infused for 24 hours and then for a final time to bring only the smoothest possible gin for your enjoyment.
There are no artificial colours, flavours, additives, or added sugar, we don’t add anything else. Ever.
THE COMPANION
We feel you can’t quite beat a neat gin on the rocks, but our Forgan 42 goes perfectly with a slice of fresh orange, or with a small splash of your favourite tonic. If you fancy showing off, the 42 makes for a perfect Martini, never shaken, always stirred.
