Thank #ForganGin it's FridayA Lady LyrGet hold of your favourite cocktail shaker, and pour in 60ml of Forgan Gin, along with 30ml of Cointreau, 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice and 1 Egg White.Dry shake all the ingredients for 15 seconds before adding a couple of ice cubes and shaking again vigorously for another 15 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Grate some orange peel over the top and you're good to go.I'll be enjoying my Lady Lyr while contemplating Rachmaninov's second piano concerto on the stereo but it goes down well with anything.#ForganGin #cocktail #friday #chill #ThankForganItsFriday

Thank Forgan It's Friday - The Gin Pineapple Sour

Thank Forgan it's Friday The Gin Pineapple Sour  Grab your favourite cocktail shaker and a coupe glass. Pour in a good double measure plus a splash of Forgan Gin into your cocktail shaker. Add the juice from half a lemon, a double measure plus a splash of pineapple juice, the white of 1 egg and half a tablespoon of simple syrup, Put the top on your shaker and go crazy for about 20 seconds. Open the shaker, add the ice and shake for another 10 seconds or so. Strain into a coupe glass garnish with a pineapple ring and add an umbrella.
